Hon’ble Minister @mpprataprao Ji, please hear the voice of AYUSH interns & PG scholars.

When PG stipends in several State Government AYUSH institutions are around ₹1 lac to ₹1.25 lac /month and interns receive ₹32,000–₹40,000/month, why should students of Central AYUSH Institutes such as NIH, NIA, AIIA, NEIAH NIUM, NIS, ITRA etc. receive this much significantly less amount inspite of giving their best in terms of patient care and academic excellence.

The disparity exists not only with other systems of medicine but even within AYUSH itself.

We serve patients. We pursue academics. We conduct research.
We ask only for fairness and parity.

We sincerely request🙏 urgent intervention and a meaningful revision of stipends at the earliest across all the central institutes of AYUSH including Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Sidha and Unani.

If our long-pending demand remains unaddressed, students may be compelled to undertake collective peaceful protest, including suspension of OPD services, as a last resort.
