العفو العام اساس النظام العفن الذي يتحكم بنا منذ العام ١٩٩١.
ولا شك في ان السجون مكتظة، والمظلومين كثر والموقوفين من دون حكم بالآلاف، ولكن حل كل هذه القضايا هو باصلاح العدالة وتمكين ومكننة المحاكم وإعادة تأهيل السجون، وليس عبر عفو عام آخر…
وعفو بعد عفو، سننته�� بمجتمع مجرمين ونصابين…يا دعان بيروت أم الشرائع!

• Israel has no territorial claims on
Lebanon.  

• The efforts now, number one, is the ceasefire and to make sure that – obviously, there’s still going to be defensive operations within our agreement.  

• Ultimately, the answer, both sides agree, is a Lebanese Armed Forces with the capability to go after and disarm and dismantle Hizballah inside of their country.  

• We’re working towards establishing, is a system that actually works where vetted units within the Lebanese Armed Forces have the training, the equipment, and the capability to go after elements of Hizballah and dismantle them so Israel doesn’t have to do it.  
• About the strikes today: We’re aware they’re going to happen. And even in the agreement what’s abundantly clear, These are defensive measures.

• The problem we face right now in the short term is the Lebanese Armed Forces, while they may have willingness, do not at this moment have full capability to address all of the threats that are emanating from Hizballah inside of Lebanon.
