Massive harassment at Mumbai domestic airport (Terminal 1) by @IndiGo6E staff (Prajakta and team ) . Insulted and forced to put cabin baggage as check in despite not having any check in luggage . We were travelling light as had a connecting travel from Bangalore. Flight 6E5296
The manager said things like ‘you should know how to travel’ and ‘I am telling you what needs to be done’ , ‘if you have to cancel your next trip do it but we will not allow’ . When we asked why aren’t you checking others , they said ‘that’s our decision and we will stop whoever’
The discrimination was also made because we were not ‘corporate’ customers and that’s why we were stopped . There are currently more than 25 suitcases in the flight as cabin luggage, why were they not stopped . Is @IndiGo6E now discriminating by people’s clothes ?
Most passengers were let go but we were stopped as we were last to board and the flight was apparently full. Now we are going to miss 40k worth of booking for our trip due to @IndiGo6E staff’s discrimination . the disrespect that the manager showed was appalling. #boycottindigo
Horrible customer support by @swiggy_in . Twice today the app picked up wrong address while placing order . Order cancelled within 2 mins . Swiggy says they can’t refund because apparently the full meal was made within 2 mins . For this they are looting Rs 2000. #swiggy#cheat

@SwiggyCares The cancellation fee can’t be 100% of the order amount you parrots . No one was assigned as a driver and the order was cancelled within 2 mins . Stop reading out of a manual and make some sense.
