If the goal is truly to recognize music regardless of where it comes from, why create a separate category instead of allowing them to compete equally in the main categories?

The fact that a separate category is considered necessary says it all. Instead of including major korean artists in the main fields, they continue to be set apart because of their origin. Recognition should be based on impact, artistry, and achievements—not on separating artists by where they come from.

algo que amo de bts que ellos no se callan JAMÁS cuando no les gusta algo. la creación de una categoría que separa a los artistas asiáticos en lugar de evaluarlos en igualdad de condiciones con el resto fue tan absurdo por parte de la industria y el panel de esos premios. se evidenciaron solos, expuso y trajo a la mesa de nuevo problema que ha existido durante años, la falta de reconocimiento y el trato desigual hacia artistas de asia, juzgándolos por su país, por su idioma, por sus costumbres.

para los tannies la música lo es todo. siempre ha sido mucho más que premios y lo han dicho innumerables veces. por eso esta una postura en favor de la igualdad y respeto da un mensaje súper fuerte a las futuras generaciones de artistas que también merecen ser valoradas sin ser encasilladas por su origen. no es solo una respuesta a una industria que siempre los excluyó y ahora, en la cima de su éxito, quieren las flores también. es una postura que trae impacto a toda la industria musical, y una razón más para admirar la integridad con la que han manejado su carrera desde el inicio. si alguien se atreve a decir que han cambiado es porque no los conoce. qué orgullo.
