And very sad on a personal level, it was a visit to the collection that truly inspired me to pursue a career in evolutionary biology. I really hope there is pushback to this trend happening worldwide.

@HugePossum The Russian Black Sea fleet has suffered heaps of losses to drones and missiles, but the only submarine destroyed was in a dry dock. It seems the investment in subs is partly because of the perceived vulnerability of surface combatants.
