So, my occupational therapy today.
I washed and dried a load, separately.
I emptied a dishwasher and put the contents away.
In other news, I can shower and dress myself. I long since have needed neither nappy nor catheter. I can get into a car.
And I can walk again, unaided.

Concerning to come across professionals with no clinical background offering 'vocational rehabilitation' services on behalf of employers -which appear to involve constant meetings with those on long term leave to check in if they're ready to return to work yet, adding ++stress π§΅
Often, additional pressure can come where the individual on long term sick leave has income protection. I've witnessed several cases where insurers put ++pressure on employees with income protection to come back to work earlier.
