I simply could not be more ecstatic. 💜🤍As I’ve been saying this entire app szn — “Thank you God for opportunities!!!” What a blessing it is to live out one’s dreams. Miami > Massachusetts > Philly > CHICAGO @NU_ObGynRes#OBGYNMatch2022#Match2022
@AyannaKGarland I think the other thing was enjoyment — I always find the Peloton workouts fun once I actually do them lol & picking classes that I thought I’d like helped. Scheduling in advance gave “me vs me” accountability “alright now ms girl, you said you would…!”
@AyannaKGarland It’s most sustainable when I reduce barriers as much as possible. I have a Peloton & would schedule my lil 15-20m workouts at a time that I KNEW would work during the week, w enough buffer time to shower etc. Workout clothes next to the bed or immediately change when I get home
No new research papers or thought pieces today. 😅
Just starting off your Wednesday with a couple of brothers loving what they get to do. 🤭

Ep. 17 of our @CPSolvers Antiracism in Medicine Series is LIVE! What a privilege it was to hear 🔥 @doccrearperry & @katybkoz 🔥 share on reproductive justice, identity, cultural reflexivity, & the sacredness of birth with my co-hosts @ChiomaOnuoha & @vlocarmen .
The takeaways at the end were incredible — as I listen back, it feels incredibly fitting to have this conversation on which to reflect as I prepare to begin my own training in OB/GYN. I will call on this as I aim to do my very best by those we serve.
