BEDMINSTER WINTER LANTERNS IS TAKING A YEAR OUT: the team of committed volunteers need a break to review and rethink how we can run and fund the project in the future. We’ll keep you posted on plans for 2024 through our social media and local press. We’ll be back!
We are conscious of ensuring that one of Bristol’s biggest Community events, especially as it involves Children, is delivered safely and responsibly. The Committee appreciates everyone's support and is sorry to move the date, but we hope you understand and stand with us.
“I can face the winter with calm. Crisp and sparkling days, long pleasant evenings, cheery fires. Good work shall be done this winter. Life shall be lived well. The end of the summer is not the end of the world. Here’s to October.” ~A.A.Milne #nature
@FirstBSA I ended up having to get M3 to town and then another bus to Bedminster. Is there ongoing service disruption with M1 as it would be good to know?
Please kindly donate to help us make the 2022 #BemmyLanterns project a reality. Proud to be part of this wonderfully inclusive community event. Here again is why I believe so much in its vision, impact and legacy. To support us: https://t.co/wjvFK1KEdO
We need £3500 to make the 2022 #bemmylanterns project a reality.
Please donate now to our Fundsurfer and help us raise enough by the end of July, so we can give the go-ahead to the committee and get the ball rolling on the 11th project. https://t.co/akFCdYDooV
