I.🙏

1. At 25, Yu Menglong had already been targeted. Back then, he had just stepped out of a talent show, while Xin Qi was already one of his "big fans" (an illegitimate son of Xin Qi - Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee).

2. Three years ago, the one who extended an "unspoken rules invitation" was Tian Hairong, an actress and wealthy socialite, who also happens to be Xin Qi's aunt.

3. Yu's final cries were:

"Since I was 25, you people have been threatening me. You only want to push me to death. I will never hand that thing over."

👉 That "thing" was a USB containing evidence of Xin Qi's money laundering. At first, Yu intended to use it to cancel his contract, as he could no longer endure the company's toxic drinking culture.

4. But Xin Qi never intended to let him go. He arranged paparazzi in advance to film Yu being assaulted. Initially, he planned to use the video to force Yu to hand over the USB. But Yu refused, because by then he had already realized that Song Yiren (friend) was nothing more than a planted trap.
