That was the big question I kept asking myself.

Why are people scared of the one thing that must happen to everyone in life? OR Maybe it's just me...

Or maybe they are not scared... Maybe it's a coping mechanism... Helps them feel better.
Hmm... Makes sense.

A lot of people are yet to accept or deal with the fact that everything around us is temporary... Not just everything... Everyone... Including that person you feel you can't live without.

Life is a blink of an eye... One day, it will blink and stay that way forever. Forever closed. A real-life situation even a thousand scream of “God forbid” can not change.

Before I go on, how are you feeling?
I don't mean to mess up your feelings. Forgive me.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to die with memories, not dreams. That is why there must come a time in your life when you just want to make amends with things, with people... Do things right.
I have been in that phase since April 24, 2020. The last time i saw my father blink his eyes.

Everyone is a clock, walking around waiting for their battery to die. And every Tick⏰Tock pushes us closer to our last Tick⏰Tock...

Who knows tomorrow?

So in the end, Life is all about what we are doing with our time NOW.
Instead of shouting “God forbid,” let them know you are here for them and with them, ask them what they would like to eat/drink tomorrow. That way, you are giving them another day to look forward to... And that has a magical way of helping both of you find peace. Instead of living in denial.

Many of you don't have up to 20 recent pictures of yourself with your brother, your sister, your dad, your mum, or anyone you hope to have forever with. Does that make sense? Maybe it does “to you.”

Again... Die with memories, not dreams.

The fear of death steals what the reality of death will make you regret... Some of you when your father died, the only picture you could reminisce on was a picture of you as a kid with him. And it brought a different kind of pain, right? You started wishing you could have just one moment with him to do things differently. Sis... Enjoy your time, create memories everywhere and anywhere, not because the person will die tomorrow but because that is what life is truly about.
Life is all about WHAT WE LOOK BACK AT AND FIND A REASON TO SMILE AND FEEL FULFILLED even amid pain.

Attachment is the root of all pain.

I have conquered that fear long ago.. my coping mechanism? REINCARNATION. I believe whatever I can't get right in this my time on earth, I will be back to try again... And that alone gives me peace.
