Various looks I've held over the past 16 years. Retired from competive bodybuilding in 2006... So these shifts in body composition have been various shades of "maintenance".
Real goal has been to stay healthy, and be able to keep up with the demands of fatherhood.
I need friends from Martinique and Guadeloupe so that when I visit, I’ll have someone to show me around. I’d be happy to do the same if you come to Dominica or St. Kitts and Nevis.

That means, generally, you fidget less. You unconsciously drop your step count. Etc.
Moving more during your fasting window short-circuits this loop.
One of the biggest mistakes people make during fasting is cutting back on activity.
They think exercise in the absence of food = muscle loss.
To the contrary, exercise while fasted prompts the body to retain lean tissue.
We have reggae , soca , dancehall, bouyon, Bashment , dennery , jab etc and Rihanna. Being from the Caribbean might be the greatest privilege of all time.
