Updates for the week.
Sunday was comp; ate close to 5000 calories, weight shot up to 75kg which is 3 kgs heavier than my stage weight. So been depleting back or cutting back on my calories the entire week. Swipe to see my diet. Blueberry cheese cake, biscoff cheesecake-
