Why has @TomTom got the worst customer care on this planet? After updating their QuickGPSfix my two devices stopped working. Their website suggested I restore from my backup but that gave me 'No Maps' and now their chat bot is asking me to repurchase a map! Is this a con??

The services of @USPS is going downhill. My package arrived at Heathrow airport last Sunday and the tracking info still says it is there. More than 48 hours have passed and nothing has changed. I am only 8 miles away. In future will use @DHLUS

Had my eyes tested by @asda opticians and what a disaster. The optician checked my eyes without any privacy where all customers watched me. Ended paying them £168. They even refused to give me my complete prescription. This is a SCAM and illegal! Stay away.
