how to get your first 100 users ( even if you suck at marketing ).

here's the no BS sauce :

1/ Launch Everywhere
> Product Hunt, DevHunt, BetaList, Peerlist, AppSumo, Indie Hackers, Dailypings, Hacker News.
> Use tools like LaunchList or SubmitJuice to automate submissions across 50+ directories.

Most founders launch once. You need to launch 20+ times across different platforms.

2/ Post on Socials Daily
> X, LinkedIn, Reddit (r/SideProject, r/entrepreneur), Facebook groups.
> Use superx by @robj3d3 to schedule 30 days of content in one sitting.
> Copy viral posts from your niche. Tools like superx show you what's working. Tweak and repost.

3/ Stalk Your Competitors
> Use BuiltWith or SimilarWeb to see where competitors get traffic from.
> Check their backlinks with Ahrefs free backlink checker or Ubersuggest.

Submit your product to every directory they're listed on.
Make a spreadsheet and knock them out one by one.

4/ AI + SEO = Free Traffic
> Use ChatGPT or Claude to write 50 blog posts targeting long-tail keywords.
> Find keywords with Ubersuggest, AnswerThePublic, or Google's "People also ask".
