Great meeting the Aspects Total Training Team: Michelle McFall, Stephen Allan, and Lucy Young. They showed me around their impressive centre that can hold three cohorts.
It was good to hear their perspective as an NASC Training member. They talked about the training system's capacity and the differences in CISRS course content. We also discussed future challenges for the training centre.
It was great to see the energy from a group of students in the second picture, under Richard's watchful gaze!
