نوشتن را با نیت یافتن این پرسش آغاز کردم که چرا جمهوریت سقوط کرد؟ فورا سوال دیگری پیش آمد که چرا «دولت اسلامی پا نگرفت؟ بلافاصله سوال بعدی که نظام کمونیستی چرا سقوط کرد؟ داوود خان چرا سقوط کرد؟ و نظام شاهی چرا؟ چرا هیچ نظام سیاسی در افغانستان پا نمی‌گیرد؟

باشندگان روستای کندیر در ولسوالی گیزاب ارزگان می‌گویند که مطابق فیصله‌ی طالبان، تا اکنون ۲۷ میلیون افغانی بابت «وجه مصالحه و قیمت زمین کندیر» به پشتون‌های طرف دعوا پرداخت کرده‌اند، اما برای پرداخت سه میلیون دیگر «درمانده‌اند».
