Nasreen Mohammed, 42, is a married mother of seven who recently gave birth to her eighth child, and her family now includes her husband and their children, among them twin daughters aged 15, one of whom has poor vision, a 13 year old daughter with a disability, and four younger children. The family has been displaced around 14 times, moving on foot between Rafah, Khan Younis, the north, Deir al Balah, and Maghazi while facing repeated obstacles. Before the war they had just moved into a new home that was not fully paid off, but it was later bombed along with the homes of their extended family. They lived in tents until the most recent one flooded during heavy rain, forcing them to stay temporarily with others in a damaged house in northern Gaza, where they currently live without paying rent but are in urgent need of a place of their own. Nasreen’s husband has severe war injuries, including shrapnel wounds to his stomach and metal rods in both legs, leaving him unable to walk and in need of further surgery, while Nasreen manages the daily responsibilities alone, including fetching water, searching for food and aid, and caring for the children and newborn. The family needs medication, food, clothing, school support, diapers, and basic shelter as they continue to cope with repeated displacement and limited access to essential services.

Tomorrow is Friday, and I’m hoping to bring some chicken home for my family for our Friday lunch. 🤍
It will cost around $25. It may be a small goal, but it would mean so much to us. Any donation or share can help us reach it. 🙏🏻❤️🩹https://t.co/dA6jUTBW7M
