My Personal Tips for International Fans Visiting Thailand for the First Time 🇹🇭

If you’re traveling to Thailand for the first time to attend a show, especially alone or with only a few friends, a few things can make your experience smoother and more memorable.

1. Check your documents and vaccinations

Make sure your documentation and vaccination requirements are up to date.

It is extremely important to respect the rules of the country you are visiting. Check whether you need a visa, the entry requirements, and your passport’s validity.

Don’t leave this until the last minute.

2. Choose your hotel according to your plans

Book a hotel that meets your needs.

If your main goal is the show, staying close to the venue can be a good option. It reduces travel time and makes things easier on the day.

However, if you plan to stay for several days, consider other areas closer to the places you want to visit.

Remember that everyone has different goals for their trip. The best location depends on your itinerary, budget, and plans.

3. Plan your transportation to IMPACT Arena

If you’re not staying near IMPACT Arena, plan your transportation in advance.

Apps such as Grab or Bolt can be very useful. Traffic in Thailand can get complicated at certain times, so a short journey can take much longer than expected.

Don’t leave the hotel at the last minute. Allow extra time for traffic and delays.

4. Once you arrive, prioritize your benefits

As soon as you arrive, check the times and locations related to your benefits and prioritize those first.

I know many people will want to shop, explore the venue, and take pictures, but be careful not to miss an important time slot.

If you don’t speak Thai, make sure you know exactly where you need to be and when.

Save all the relevant information on your phone beforehand. It can help you avoid problems and regrets.

5. Enjoy the fan projects and fanclub arrangements

Once you’re settled and have taken care of everything, enjoy the event!

Don’t forget to check out the arrangements prepared by fanclubs and fans, as well as banner projects and other special initiatives for the artist.

It’s genuinely beautiful to see.

Here in Brazil, we don’t usually have fan projects on the same scale, so seeing everything in person can feel truly special and grand.

And if you brought a gift for NuNew, leave it at the designated gift drop-off location, following the event���s instructions.

6. Try to make friends

I know it can feel intimidating when you’re a foreigner in a completely new place.

But this is also a unique opportunity to meet people who love the same artist as you.

Don’t be afraid to talk, exchange experiences, and make friends. Sometimes, the people you meet during a trip become a very special part of the experience.

7. Enjoy the show your own way

Some people love filming everything. Others prefer to put their phones away and focus on the stage.

There is no right or wrong way to enjoy a show.

Enjoy it in whatever way feels right for you.

Honestly, for me, concerts in Thailand offer a truly unique experience. The long duration, quality of the special effects, production, and especially the artists’ stage presence make everything incredibly exciting.

It’s something you can only fully understand once you’re there.

Personally, I love that. It feels like you’re experiencing a complete production rather than simply watching a performance.

When the big day comes, take a deep breath, look around, and enjoy it.

You traveled a long way to be there. Allow yourself to live in the moment.

หลายครั้งเวลาที่แฟนคลับแต่ละด้อมมีความเห็นต่างหรือมีปากเสียงกัน เรามักได้ยินคำว่า “ให้เป็นเรื่องของแฟนคลับ”
แต่ในความเป็นจริง ต้องยอมรับว่ามันไม่ได้แยกขาดจากศิลปินเสมอไป เพราะเมื่อคุณใช้ชื่อ ใช้รูป หรือแสดงตัวตนว่าเป็นแฟนคลับของใคร สิ่งที่คุณพูดหรือแสดงออกย่อมส่งผลต่อภาพลัก��ณ์และความรู้สึกของศิลปิน รวมถึงแฟนด้อมนั้น ๆ โดยไม่ตั้งใจ

ผมเลยขอเป็นหนึ่งเสียงที่อยากชวนทุกคนช่วยกันปรับวิธีการสื่อสารของพวกเราให้ดีขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะอยู่บนแพลตฟอร์มไหน หรือช่องทางใดก็ตาม อยากให้ลดการใช้คำพูดที่ทำร้ายกัน
การเปรียบเทียบในเชิงลบที่ไม่สร้างสรรค์
การวิจารณ์ในเรื่องที่เกินขอบเขตความจริงที่เรารู้ รวมถึงการบูลลี่ผู้อื่น

การวิจารณ์สามารถท��ได้ แต่ควรอยู่ในขอบเขตของความเคารพและมีสติ เพราะในมุมของศิลปิน สิ่งเหล่านี้ส่งผลต่อความรู้สึกมากกว่าที่หลายคนคิด โดยเฉพาะในกรณีที่แฟนด้อมมีความขัดแย้งกัน มีหลายครั้งที่ศิลปินต้องกลับมาให้กำลังใจกันเอง บางครั้งเจอหน้ากอดกันให้กำลังใจ ทั้งที่ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่��วกเขาตั้งใจให้เกิดขึ้น เพียงเพราะความรู้สึกบางอย่างมันเปราะบางกว่าที่เห็น

ผมรักแฟนคลับของผมมากนะครับ
และก็อยากให้แฟนคลับของเราเป็นคนน่ารักในสายตาของคนอื่นด้วย ผมไม่ชอบให้ใครมาว่าแฟนคลับของผม
และในขณะเดียวกัน ผมก็ไม่อยากให้แฟนคลับของเรากลายเป็นคนที่ทำร้ายความรู้สึกของใครเช่นกัน

และผมขอใช้โอกาสนี้ ขอโทษแทนแฟนคลับบางกลุ่มของผม หากมีการกระทำหรือค���พูดใดที่ทำให้ใครไม่สบายใจหรือรู้สึกไม่ดีครับทั้งที่ผ่านมาหรือปัจจุบัน

สุดท้ายนี้ ผมยังเชื่อเสมอว่าแฟนคลับของผมส่วนใหญ่น่ารักมาก ๆ รวมถึงแฟน ๆ ของศิลปินท่านอื่น ๆ ด้วย ผมยังเชื่อแบบนี้เสมอ

หวังว่าสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น และข้อความนี้
จะเป็นทั้งบทเรียนและข้อคิดให้กับพวกเราทุกคน
