@British_Airways what is the travel advice for people booked to fly to South Africa (from LHR) with a connection using Comair? Since all flights are now suspended - do you have a plan for customers to get to their final destinations?

@British_Airways I am trying to cancel flights and car hire - website tells me to call, call system sends me in a loop and cuts me off. How else am I meant to cancel flights that I can't take because they're internal flights in a country that I can't get to now due to omicron?

@BriSmithy in equestrian disciplines if you fall off you are eliminated (to ensure you don’t ride with injury); if diagnosed with concussion (usually doctor at event to check), you have a mandatory period of time off with doctor sign off before you’re allowed to compete again.
