Those of you who know me, know that I am not a person who seeks out the spotlight. I have been largely absent from social media in quite a while but I am proud of this, and I think it's important. Please share if you agree @ycdsb
@FittingWrought @PeterLeventis @LisaThompsonMPP When did math become the only indication of success? I’m not implying our system is perfect, but increasing class sizes and forcing high school students to learn online (which is not inclusive of most learning styles) is not the way to solve the problem.
There are three chickens for every human on this earth. This overpopulation is insane from my perspective, and though I am 100% against animal cruelty to specific animals, chicken is not one of them. #UnpopularOpinion#cchnutition@NatalieRovere

Buying things locally helps to supports the agriculture in BC, and allows them to contribute to provincial food security The food will also be a lot fresher as it wont travel have to travel far.#agriculturalpractices@NatalieRovere#cchnutrition
What a unique and different way to cut down on the use of pesticides. I would of never thought ducks could be a solution to this problem. It is crazy to see the extraordinary ideas farmers use! @NatalieRovere#agriculturalpractices
Cannulated cows, Some swedish farmers have been using a practice known as cannulating cows. This practice surgically drills holes into cows in order to improve their digestive system for better meat and milk. @NatalieRovere#agriculturalpractices#cchnutrition
Wow that’s crazy. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of local home grown food is coming straight from the farm not traveling any distance @NatalieRovere#cchnutrion#eatlocal
It’s so sad whenever animal cruelty of any sort is in the news. For something as serious as farm animals they should be treated with the greasiest care they could recive since they are raised their whole life for our own consumption @NatalieRovere#cchnutrion#eatlocal
Crazy to see that this mind blowing article expresses how what we think as “local foods” may not be so local. Incredible and useful information!! @NatalieRovere#eatlocal https://t.co/mqLKUjG38s
@NatalieRovere @Alyssa73071120 Eating locally is definitely more of an inconvenience, especially with a modern busy life style. But I feel that ultimately, food that is grown and eaten local will benefit you in the long run. You know where the food is coming from and you can trust the food you’re eating.
@JondanielM@n_rovere Very interesting, eating local doesn’t only benefit you, but it also helps the local farmers who do indeed are more deserving of our money, working hard to supply us with healthy food, oppose to big corporate grocery stores. #cchnutriton@NatalieRovere#eatlocal
