Experience from hell with @Delta today. Flight delayed 3 hours, causing missed connection after agents insisted I’d make it. Arrived in ATL to find I was rebooked onto another 3 hour delayed flight. Insane lack of comms. 16-hour travel day from FL to NYC. Should’ve taken @united

Ha! @Delta 16 hour travel day was wishful thinking. Still stuck at ATL trying to get to LGA, no gate agents, no flight crew, continuing to get delayed. Tell us if we’re getting out of here tonight or not!!!!! Super disappointed in Delta’s lack of communication
