@Joulesclothing this is how DFS are delivering your beautiful sofas. Iβm still waiting for them to contact but had nothing, not even an apology after waiting 14 weeks. Can you help? If I have to wait any longer I may have to just cancel the sofa altogether π
@DFSCare Happy to send more information but you are still doing nothing with it. Iβve messaged the online chat almost every day since Saturday. Keep getting told Iβll have a call from the service team but Iβm still not getting one. Why wonβt you contact me, it is YOUR mistake?!
