@Hermesparcels so apparently the driver tried to deliver my parcel again today.... but ‘no one was in!!!’ This is a very busy delivery address - lots of people are always in!! I even gave additional instructions to leave it in the MASSIVE red letter box! Where is it!?!!!

@Hermesparcels is there a customer telephone number please? I have paid for next day delivery - they said they couldn’t find my address?? On the 12th August - I have not had any other attempts to deliver the parcel/ email communication or anything!!
