WWR didn’t need to bring up the elder gods to make a blank connection because it’s already been there. The comic was about the foundation of magic and the role of Wiccan as protector

There’s only one demiurge that exists within the universe. Common sense would tell you that each panel you pull even from current comics DIRECTLY show you they are the same.

The demiurge is an idea of creation that was made by Toaa as he is a servant to TOAA’s grand design nothing to do with the Phoenix at all

Youre not proving that Billy & PD aren’t the same. Keep in mind Demiurge is a direct creation of Toaa so..
