Today the doctor told me, I‘m not „able“ to train, so I‘m not ready for active duty again. All I heard was „BlaBlaBla.“
Because the most intense chains are the ones we make for ourselves. So I went in my basement and trained again. So what did I learn? Don’t listen to the Doctor😈

It’s not about destroying your own body, it’s about teaching it that pain is temporary and pain doesn’t need to necessary stop you from achieving your goals. In one week I will be back at Duty 🚓💙

I really hate when doctors tell me that I‘m not allowed to work and do sport for weeks. So today I decided „Fuck it“and did easy 113 km with my bicycle 🙃

The whole night nearly 2000 emergency forces and volunteers have been fighting against a big fire in the Huertgenwald (Region of the Eifel). I played soccer for 4 Seasons there. The Problem since the last hours is the constant change of the wind. I hate that Im not usefull at the moment because of my foot injury and the fact that because of my brain trauma, Im not allowed to go in stressful situations.

In Special forces Training I learned that Mindset and believing in your abilities can change a lot, especially when it gets hard.

Review:
The instructor always told us on Friday (we had this conversation separated from each other) that we are near to get kicked out. They pointed out our weaknesses and told us that the next week will be harder then the last one. The first weeks many good candidates had been kicked out by the instructor. At some point I realized that it was just their way of fucking with our mindset. After passing one year of training we got to know that „the good candidates“ that have been kicked out, had been part of the instructor team. It was just to set us under more mental pressure and see how we deal with it.

@Gabi_Aman_Fox Tbt it’s not that I have a Problem with authority or a Bossy Boss, but I need Trust and believe in my abilities from her. Both I don’t get. So it’s Hard for me to respect her as a Boss. She just can’t handle my honesty and the fact that I often make the right decisions LOL 😂

Two weeks of learning, failing, trying again, failing again, finally learning and success.
Two times I ended up in Hospital, two times I went back to the Motorcycle Training to earn my Badge. And today I passed and earned it. Two weeks full of pain and learning. Was it worth it? Absolutely!!!

@Gabi_Aman_Fox I leave my Unit on the 1 of september because of passing the Motorcycle Unit course which is soooooo rewarding because my Bossy Boss doesn’t have any Control over me anymore 🥳🥳 do Yes it’s far more rewarding then anyone can Imagine 🤘🏼
