@curryspcworld @Surface_UK As a customer I would be advising all potential new customers to go elsewhere for their laptops! They have no knowledge in store. Totally misled and sold a laptop that is no use to me.
@curryspcworld @HPUK You need to ensure your store’s employees are up to date and informing there customers! As always misinformed by this company! Still stuck with a laptop not fit for purpose and all I want is a laptop I can use to do my course work on!! Literally no give in this company!

@curryspcworld i trusted you as a reputable company! Not only I’m I stuck with a £400 laptop I can’t use. I’ve been branded a thief! And I have £150 laptop cover for a laptop that I can’t even use! then I’ve just been told the £150 trade in I got offered last week - no longer on
@curryspcworld then told me oh you will need to send it off again. Picked said laptop up again and what a surprise still slow! And do you all want to know why BECAUSE A MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF SOLD ME A LAPTOP THAT ISN’T SUITABLE
@curryspcworld got accused of stealing my own charger and told that they were checking CCTV for me to come in and show them THEIR paperwork that they had my charger. To receive my laptop back still slow and unfit for use
@curryspcworld - time to reinvest in your staff customer service. Purchased a laptop from them. Took advice from one of their “trusty” tech guys. Sold a laptop completely unsuitable for use. Sold three years laptop cover, took said laptop in and explained it’s no fit for purpose
