Repeat or revenge?

I had Simpson ahead in the first fight. IMO, he got caught by a lapse in concentration, couldn’t recover and ultimately got stopped.

In this rematch, I expect a more disciplined display from Callum Simpson. He has to keep Williamson at the end of his jab and improve his shot selection. Which he will do but the question is can he do it for all 12…

Simpson has stated in multiple interviews that he plans to pick his shots and control the fight from range—and with Rob McCracken now in his corner, I think this will be a much more calculated performance from him.

Simpson is the fundamentally better boxer. If he avoids the firefight and sticks to the stay long game plan, I see him cruising to a UD.

A late Rounds 9–12 TKO is also live if Williamson gets frustrated with being out pointed and gets caught coming in recklessly.
