But you could be right. We will see what development looks like. Good news for us is what they were last year isn't going to be what they are this year. They will improve and have different roles, some will be primary players vs secondary.

Pierce had offers from top schools and chose Purdue. Guessing he was paid? They paid to keep guys like Smith and Edey

@MaverickTy @kraigbowers34 I mean, maybe he doesn't have the resources of duke or Louisville, but he is recruiting at the highest level he ever has (per the rankings) and more or less has gotten the transfers he wants, including Pierce over UCONN. He has what he needs to maintain their top 10 caliber teams

@MaverickTy @kraigbowers34 Development will happen. I think Cox and Harris are going to be really good. West supposedly is really good as well. I'll let Painter and PJ prove me wrong as opposed to doubt them. That's not to mention the freshmen.

Like I said, Painter just reloads. And he is doing it again.

@MaverickTy @kraigbowers34 Maybe, but is there any reason to think they wont be a top 15 team, sweet 16 elite 8 type team? Next years team isn't highly regarded, but assuming a couple guys take a step, its going to be pretty talented.

And recruiting is only getting better by the year. He just reloads.

But sure, Painter has shown over and over that he can just reload and have talent year in and year out. Not only that, he's shown that he can adjust his coaching and style of play to match his team. And PJ Thompson is a great OC.
