The market is still valuing it like a tiny Medicare Advantage insurer when the real story is its Healthcare AI / SaaS business, @counterparthlth .

Counterpart Health’s white papers show it can reduce Medicare Advantage costs by 15% by year 3 and 20% by year 4. If a company the size of $HUM and $UNH adopted it, we’re talking about $40-55 Billion in potential savings combined.

There are also interesting clues online researchers discovered, including Humana and CounterpartHealth subdomains referencing each other, along with other infrastructure breadcrumbs that point to an unannounced partnership (nothing has been officially announced).

Clover was built for value based care and the new CMS rules which are very Technology oriented and the large companies are having a hard time adhering to it which is part of the reason $HUM and $UNH have been having stock issues in recent years. Clover’s tech has helped themselves get a 4.5 Star rating, which is proof it works. Moving plans from 3.5 to 4 Stars unlocks an additional 5% CMS payment. That would mean an additional $14 Billion for $HUM and $UNH combined. And this technology is available now. Companies can’t afford to wait or they miss out on first-mover advantage.

Counterpart operates on a shared savings model, meaning the more money it saves customers, the more revenue it generates.

That’s why $CLOV is starting to rerate. It’s an AI healthcare platform being valued as some tiny insurer. If execution continues, this is an EPIC UNICORN 🦄 ���

@EricBurlison Please look at what Clover Health ($CLOV) is doing. They’re one of the good guys… trying to fix healthcare the right way for everyone. They have the best HEDIS scores of all Medicare Advantage PPO plans due to their AI technology, Counterpart Assitant (which they made available to all in 2024).

They have been absolutely hammered the past few years by legacy healthcare and their lobbyists—who are desperately trying to maintain the status quo. Good changes are already happening. Now we need legacy healthcare and other legislators to catch up. We can use AI tech to improve lives and lower costs.
