SENIOR SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

🏊‍♀️ Julia Mansson
🏠 Glanshammar, Sweden

Racing primarily in the breaststroke, Julia ranks fourth all-time at FSU in the 200 breast and fifth in the 100. She’s been recognized as ACC Women’s Swimmer of the Week.

Throughout her career, Julia has been named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team and All-ACC Academic Team, was the 2022-23 women’s team Freshman of the Year, and has represented Sweden at multiple international competitions. She is also a Swedish national champion in the 200 breast.

🏊‍♀️ Sophie Freeman
🏠 Colchester, England

Sophie has been a key contributor in butterfly and backstroke, ranking fourth all-time in FSU’s 200 fly and eighth all-time in the 100 fly. She’s also been part of many relay victories across the ACC and national stage.

Opening her senior season with top finishes in the 100 and 200 fly, 100 back, and 100 free, Sophie continues to be a reliable part of the team. She was also named to the 2024 All-ACC Academic Team.

🏠 Appleton, Wisconsin

A consistent presence for the Noles in freestyle, butterfly, and backstroke, Sam ranks third all-time in FSU history in the 50 free, fifth in the 100 fly, and sixth in the 100 free. He is a school record-holder on both the 200 medley and 200 free relays and has earned First- and Second-Team All-American honors.

As a senior, Sam continues to contribute across relays and individual events, opening the season with multiple relay wins and top finishes. He was also named the team’s Most Improved in 2024 and earned 2024 All-ACC Academic Team honors.

🏠 Fort Pierce, Florida

Sarah has made her mark at Florida State, excelling in backstroke, freestyle, and relays. She ranks seventh all-time in the 100 back and ninth all-time in the 200 back and has helped lead multiple relay teams to NCAA qualification. Some of her accomplishments include 2024 NCAA Relay Swimmer, CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition, and two All-ACC Academic Team selections.

As a senior, Sarah continues to post strong finishes in the 50 free, 100 back, and 200 back, remaining a key contributor to the Seminoles’ success.
