Proud and humbled to be a part of this incredible team! It’s always an honor to represent the Philippines. A huge thank you to my family, PWNT teammates, staff, PFF, and all our supporters💛 Excited for what’s to come!! #labanfilipinas 🇵🇭
Some of the best cultures I’ve visited didn’t necessarily have the best facilities or resources. They didn’t always have the best systems in place either. What they did have were people who were kind with great inter-personal skills. People are what make your culture, not things.
🇵🇭 @PilipinasWNFT stars @srnbldn & @quinleyquezada are aiming high at 🇮🇳 🏆 #WAC2022 - and have their 👀 on a spot at the 🌏 2⃣0⃣2⃣3⃣ @FIFAWWC.

Extremely excited for @UCRiverside, @UCR_Athletics, and @UCRsoccer_M 👏. @WesleyMallette is the right person for the job and I cannot wait to continue to follow his leadership moving forward. Hard work and a clear vision. Let’s do this!!!
What a crazy game! 🤯
But one thing that we have to nip in the butt is the emerging disrespect from fans... Seeing it more and more in all sports. Buying a ticket does not give you the right to attack someone

This makes me sick, sad and it embarrasses me. Please don’t think you are “protecting our country or our freedom” by attacking our capital building & disrupting our democratic process. I love this country but I hate all these fake patriots. Lock them up & throw away the key
Culture is not just one thing. It’s everything. Culture is not static, its dynamic. Everyone on your team creates it and you are creating it each day by what you think, say and do. You can elevate it by what you think, improve it by what you say and make it great by what you do!
It’s great to learn from the past but don’t live there. Say thank you to what 2020 taught you and hello to 2021 and the life you want create. This year look and live forward. Create a vision of what you want to build, become, do.
Many focus on getting physically fit in the new year but it’s also important to get mentally/emotionally fit.
1. Take a daily gratitude walk.
2. Complain less and focus more on solutions.
3. See challenges as opportunities to grow.
4. Encourage yourself
5. Pray/meditate
I’m convinced we don’t give up because it’s hard. We give up because we get discouraged. That’s why it’s so important to encourage yourself and your team.
