@LenovoSupport I'm just deeply frustrated, this is a premium product, we paid for 3 years on-site support for it, and I can't even get phone support to discuss the issue with me past "did you install the drivers for it?"
@LenovoSupport@lenovo The Thinkpad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock doesn't work with the Gen9 Carbon or anything with USB/TB4. Tech support brushes me off and tells me to return it if it doesn't work. Easily the most disappointing interaction I've *ever* had with Lenovo Support.
@LenovoSupport I sent the requested info via DM, I've filed for a return on the dock at this point I just hope you can get this information to someone who can use it to save some other poor IT Person their hair. I wasted almost 3 hours trying to make this work not counting calling support.
