Where I was eating my bole and fish for lunch this afternoon, a man stopped by and wanted to buy also.

He asked if the woman selling accepts bank transfer, she said no but he can use the POS across and add extra charges.

The man just crossed to her neighbour who accepted bank transfer, and spent more than ₦100k+ on 25 different take-away plates of bole and fish, all loaded into his car.

The woman started saying, "na jazz this my neighbor dey use collect my customers, don't mind her.”

I just buried my head in shame😂😂

That after working hard and paying taxes, you should actually feel your country working for you?

If saying these things makes someone a problem, then chale, pay attention.

Today they can make the conversation about Nana B because Nana B is the one talking.

Tomorrow Ghana will happen to you.

Your road. Your business. Your hospital bill. Your child’s school. Your water. Your job.

You’ll complain too.

Imagine being told to shut up by the same system you spent years defending.

That is why this is bigger than me.

A country where citizens are easier to fight than the problems they complain about is a country teaching its people to accept less.

Please don’t learn that lesson.
