After a big viral week...
My #IndieGame Dyadem, A nostalgic #GBA-like #SRPG has in the span of a week...
🫂 - Raised it's followers from ~65 to 429!
🎉 - Eclipsed it's best liked post of 73 to 1.6k!
⭐️ - Brought up it's wishlist's 700 to 1.3k!
Thank you all so very much! ❤️
😅 - FINE! YOU WIN! HAPPY?
🎨 - I’ve had a surprising number of testers and comments mentioning they love the debug portraits. Won’t tell you how to activate it, but from the next build onward, there will be a way to unlock MSPaint mode.
Happy Hunting!

I tried #Dyadem by @NathanielJDev! Despite bad luck with my growths, I had fun with this one! I came in because it looked like #FireEmblem, and left enjoying its approach to tactics RPG gameplay! Give it a try if you can, and enjoy the video!

✅️ - Now that my #SRPG#IndieGame playtest is out and updated, time to get back to work!
🎬️ - It's fun making #GBA#FireEmblem-style cutscenes, The hardest part is now actually creating the writing and stage directions. I swear, developing the conversation engine was easier!
🏳️ - RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!!!
The above kinda speaks for itself actually... 🤭
Updated the "Retreat" behaviour in my #FireEmblem-like #SRPG#IndieGame!
In some scenarios you may cause enough panic that the whole army may turn tail and run!
🏠️💬 - What do the people think?
🔖 - Here is an example of the visit action in work, perfectly helpful for gaining hints and advice from the locals!

🎬️ - Cutscene chaining in my #SRPG#IndieGame seems to be working rather well, Here is a clip from the mission that will featured in the new playtest!
Still a work in progress and I still need to smooth out the edges, but all in all I am rather happy with the results so far!
🔧 - Updated the classic menu style since the new modern menu recently got a bunch of love!
Also you can also change the diary/menu theme just like #GBA#FireEmblem.
Feels fair to mention since my algorithm starved post in December 2025 only got two likes! 🤣

🔧 - Updated the combat forecast in my #SRPG#IndieGame support the help system!
You can press the help key/button at any point to get a description of any piece of UI you are unsure of...
My hope is to make everything so clear you don't need to search online for a thing! 🤭
When the inspector highlights option it checks a “ViewHelp” metatag is attached to it and then updates the content, size and position of the help box. I can hand it a pre-made description via a custom resource or hand it something raw like the unit properties, profession or item and it will display everything correctly!
