No dilution until 2027 per agreement with Avondale.

The agreement says Avondale cannot begin submitting purchase notices until SIX MONTHS after the July 6 purchase-price date.

That means the new Avondale facility should not start producing shares until roughly January 2027.

Avondale can’t simply receive and unload unlimited shares.
