Kintsugi is a beautiful metaphor for mental health recovery. Just as the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold highlights the beauty of imperfection, mental health recovery is about embracing & recognizing our scars and using them to create something beautiful.

Recovery is understanding that mental health is a journey, not a destination. It's important to recognize that recovery is not a linear process and that setbacks can happen. It's okay to ask for help, and to take things one day at a time. ❤️‍🩹🧑‍⚕️CHIME framework
