If the map is accurate, tens if not hundreds of thousands of customers have been without internet service since Friday morning. How is this remotely acceptable? You've forced us to sign up for Spectrum- something I never thought I'd do.

We're working with @openuicg to bring new elements like `<popup>` and `<selectmenu>` to the Web Platform. These should enable easy popup and select-like UI that are accessible by default and work with auto-fill.
