@boosmithard Hello, thank you for your contact. Traffic had been held at J7 anticlockwise due to a traffic collision. Lane 1 has now reopened for traffic to filter past the scene whilst vehicle recovery takes place. Please allow some time for the congestion to ease. – Sam.

If it is one of our vehicles, it will carry the National Highways logo or display a sign saying Traffic Officer.
I have checked our fleet list and can confirm that this is not one of 2/3
