Chidimma Adetshina has taken the South African government to court.

She is fighting to remain in the country despite being banned from returning.

After being deported, she went back to Nigeria and stayed for less than five months before finding ways to re-enter South Africa.

Reports claim she changed her name and nationality in the process.
