@TeamYouTube Make those adjustments. The other way in would be hitting edit video from option but when that is clicked it says the “oops, error” I assure you this is not a typical issue.

@TeamYouTube Like I said in the previous messages we have been working on this for months. We have exhausted all the tutorials and steps like you just described. The videos show on the public view but the videos are missing from the studio creator. So with the video showing in studio we can’t

@TeamYouTube I manage a public figure a famous musician artist. Millions of views and the comments are disabled, video editing shows “oops something went wrong” it’s not a cache issue. We have tried to from multiple computer all over the world. This is clearly a bug.

@TeamYouTube We have spent months trying to resolve it. It’s only related to videos that are attached to our record labels. Publishing swears the they are scrubbed and cleared. The real weird thing is the videos are avail for the public view but they do not exist In studio Creator.
