and now @thetrainline I bought a new ticket..... that one has been cancelled too. Do I wait all day buying tickets and hoping (ps your refund policy is shocking, got £2.50 back from a £12.50 ticket). Doesn't sit well with me having to pay out over and over with no hope of travel.

.@thetrainline what an absolute joke. Bought a train ticket while in a taxi to the station... train is now cancelled and I cannot refund it. Literally bought the ticket just before travel and now no trains through the route I chose for hours so is going to cost me money.

.@SUBWAY @UberEats just ordered from subway, items made incorrectly and no option for toasted on the app. Rang the store 10 times, no answer. Would he nice if there were options to have this rectified seeing as I just paid >£20 for 2 sandwiches that were made wrong 🤔
