@ArgosHelpers experienced really poor customer service relating to an item we bought through the card that is now broken but apparently can’t be sorted out because the item only appears as a value with no details on the account so no help! 🤷🏼‍♀️

@GOVUK was emailed twice to send a document recorded delivery to passport office in Peterborough, paid £11 for next day signed delivery, tracking says the address has requested no mail be delivered today??? Try again next working day….Is this normal practice??

@HelloFreshUK had an email from the ‘internal team’ which was really a waste of time…feels a bit like you can just not supply the meals and we just need to put that down to experience…not very customer focussed

@DouglasModern We can access the answers but the website and the app only shows you the colours for answers when you put the code in, we can’t see any questions
