I bought USDT on Binance at on 27/09/25, but the funds never reached my wallet. I reported the issue to Binance under Case ID #148592918. My bank confirms the debit on my statement. The payment partner, PT Dompet Harapan Bangsa (OY), says only the merchant @binance can escalate. But @binance keeps looping me back.
