Part 4: I learned toxic stress is physiological instead of a psychological. Trauma areas usually start in middle class homes challenged my thinking because it happens to everyone. I wonder if solutions can include more safety and security.

Part 3: I learned that childhood traumas increase learning difficulty. Realizing emotional support is not always effective challenged my thinking. I wonder if community interaction would be helpful when it so much hurt involved.

Part 2: I learned many people with higher ACE scores tend to have a shorter lifespan.Something that confirmed my thinking doctors don't accurately diagnose due to people not being honest. I wonder which is worse toxic or ACE stress?
