We are yet without power and now new reference is given 11530474😭😭😭

@KenyaPower_Care I don't think there is any seriousness in handling the complaints of power failure.
After few hours they clear your reference number as "solved"
We were given reference 11520113 yesterday around midday which was shown as resolved around 8.00pm.

Now got another compliant reference no. 11526455
No response 😞
