Following up again because clearly nothing is being done.

On 30 January 2026 I purchased gold via Google Pay Gold Locker. The money was debited instantly but the gold was never credited.

I even emailed the Nodal Officer, Rahul Dhiman, at [email protected], but no response.

This is completely careless and unprofessional. Holding a customer’s money for this long is unacceptable.

I’ve called your support team 15+ times and every single time I’m told the same scripted line that the issue has been “raised” and to wait 2–3 days. It’s been a MONTH. No resolution, no update, not even a ticket number. This is careless and unacceptable.
