There is a place in the Eucharistic prayer, where the name of the Pope and the Bishop of the Diocese where the Mass is celebrated are mentioned.

If a bishop is celebrating, when he gets to that part of the Eucharistic prayer (usually in Roman Canon 1 ), instead of mentioning his name, he says "And me your unworthy servant."

The Pope is also the Bishop of Rome. So, if he's celebrating the Mass, using the Eucharistic prayer 1, when he gets to that part, he'll also say "and me, your unworthy servant".
