Over the past couple of years, I started to become very impulsive, obsessive, and selfish. I realized that I was insecure. For this reason, I had hurt people that trusted me and that I care about.

This past couple of months I took a break from work and started to make some big changes in my life. I moved to a different place so I can be closer to therapy and work on myself. So I will keep working on myself so I can be a better person.

I was reluctant to the idea of asking for help as I was quite arrogant and thought I could do it on my own. It was until I realized that I was repeating the same mistakes again that I finally accepted that I can't do this on my own and that I needed help.
