Got some media availability with UTEP men’s basketball today and a familiar face joined: former Miner Tae Hardy.
The guard played professional basketball in Mongolia before suffering a season-ending leg injury. He hopes to be back in action fully by July and sign with another pro team by the end of the summer.

Steve Kaplowitz: “Jim (Senter’s) contract is up this summer. Are you planning on extending him and allowing him to continue as director of athletics at UTEP for the foreseeable future as you move into the Mountain West?”
Dr. Wilson: “Absolutely.”
