@BoringBiz_ The real question now is why bother with excel anymore? You can code more complexity in python the display it in html front ends. The data collation and cleaning is still an issue. But the office suite was for humans.

@morgancheatham Similarly a tech only offering bolted to existing care models does not have influence over the underlying operations and associated costs. So now we are paying for more IT and margins get worse. Operational control to do the deconstruction is necessary - excited for hybrid models
